JOLIET PANTHERS YOUTH FOOTBALL & CHEER
Our mission is to commit excellence: motivating and challenging participants through a
partnership of players, cheerleaders, coaches, parents, and the community. Success for
our young people will be defined as the self-satisfaction in knowing they’ve done the best
that they are capable of doing.
We are creating and nurturing an atmosphere where our players will understand the
definition of hard work, with a little fun mixed in. A positive attitude is the key to success,
which there are neither gimmicks nor shortcuts.
